God's Plan for Salvation
Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned: all have fallen short of God's glorious standard."
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord."
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life."
Romans 5:6-8 "Our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin. For when we died with Christ we were set free from the power of sin. And since we died with Christ, we know we will also share His new life."
1John 1:8-9 "If we say we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and refusing to accept the truth. But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from every wrong."
Romans 10:9-10 "For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved."
Romans 8:16 "For His Holy Spirit speaks to us deep in our hearts and tells us that we are God's children."
Say this prayer aloud:
"Jesus, I know that I am a sinner,
I ask you into my heart to be my Lord and my Savior.
Forgive me my sins and give me the gift of eternal life."
